17 weeks - Baby is the size of an Onion!

This belly has popped!

How far along: 17 Weeks

Total Weight Gained/Lost: +1 lbs

Sleep: I really, really like to sleep! :)  No change there.

Best Moment of the Week(s): Finding out Baby Broady is a GIRL!!

Movement: Still not sure, but our ultrasound shows a karate-kicking girl!! 

Food Cravings: Nothing yet!! 

Food Aversions: Feeling pretty good!

Morning Sickness: I thought this was gone.  I went three days without a single gagging episode, but then it hit me again this afternoon...oh well.

Symptoms: I think I've finally hit that eating for two thing!

What I miss: Not peeing three or four times at work!

What I'm looking forward to: The end of school, Sabrina's gender reveal, vacation!!

Other news: Hmmm...I'm ready to start on the nursery!!

Total Weight Gained/Lost: 0 lbs Back to original weight!!

Sleep: I really feel like I'm sleeping more like my old self.  I still make it all through the night without a potty break! Hooray!

Best Moment of the Week(s): Well, it'll happen tomorrow!  FINDING OUT THE GENDER!

Movement: I think I've finally felt a few teeny-tiny flutters! 

Food Cravings: Nothing crazy to speak of!! 

Food Aversions: Nothing this week!

Morning Sickness: Still doing great in this area!  Just a big gaggy, but nothing too nuts.

Symptoms: Just feeling like a "big 'ol girl!"

What I miss: Buttoning my pants! HA!

What I'm looking forward to: Our big reveal!

Other news: Feeling much better about my to-do list for school right now.  That may change tomorrow, but for right now, I'm thinking I might be able to accomplish everything I need!

15 weeks, yo!

How far along: 15 Weeks

Total Weight Gained/Lost: -2 lbs (I had initially lost 9 pounds, so I'm getting back up there!)

Sleep: I've been sleeping okaaaaaaaay...I don't wake up refreshed and chipper by any means (when do I ever, though?) I've been blaming my bed lately. If you have an extra sleep number bed laying around, I'll gladly take it! 

Best Moment of the Week(s): Thinking that I felt pressure Tuesday night! It was like a knot on the side of my belly, gone a bit later. Hoping it was a moving kiddo! :D

Movement: I don't really know what I'm expecting it to feel like, so not yet, but maybe soon! 

Food Cravings: I like strawberries, but no die-hard cravings! 

Food Aversions: The smell of bacon is kinda yucky... 

Morning Sickness: No, praise God above. I was the most worried about this, so to make it through to 15 weeks with no vomit has been heaven! As long as I eat, I don't gag! 

Symptoms: The "girls" are gigantic (like they weren't big enough already).

What I miss: Ummm...nothing yet!?

What I'm looking forward to: Finding out the gender next Friday!

Other news: School's almost done, and I can't wait to sleep innnnnn!

Pregnancy Update!

So we've hit quite a few milestones that have gone "un-blogged"!!

For example, 13 weeks... (end of the 1st trimester!)

The Big Announcement!

We recently shared this exciting news with our family and then with our Facebook friends!

We are expecting a bundle of joy on November 4th!

We are so excited and blessed!

Happiest of birthdays!!

Monday was my 27th birthday! We love birthdays in this family, so we choose to celebrate for the entire month! :)

On Friday the 10th, my husband, mom, and dad took me to the Murder Mystery Company in Nashville. It's housed inside the Old Spaghetti Factory. Most all of the guests dressed up in 20s garb!

The actors were wonderful. They pulled us aside for our mugshots before dinner. We were served a three course meal...salad, our choice of pasta, and ice cream for dessert.  It was all pretty delicious!

Throughout the meal, you were given money to bribe the other guests with! Mom and I used every opportunity to interrogate the other guests and actors in order to figure out "whodunit"! Dad predicted that it was number 3 within ten minutes.  After hours of acting and interrogating, would you like to guess who was right?! Yup, dad. He's watched a few too many movies, I think!!!

We were so excited to win! It was icing on the cake of a great night!

On Monday, we went to Shogun for our annual birthday celebration! The food was delicious as always, and the company was even better!!
